|06MAR11||Immediate Opening: Laser Powered Dielectric Accelerators Postdoctoral Scholar
The Particle Beam Physics Laboratory (PBPL) at the University of California, Los Angeles, invites applications for immediate openings for two postdoctoral scholar research positions. These positions will primarily support an experimental program in laser powered dielectric accelerators; however, as a Postdoc in the group, you will be exposed to and have the opportunity to work on a range of projects in beam and accelerator physics. We are especially looking for creative individuals who are willing to contribute to many aspects of an active experimental effort.

|02APR10||PBPL invented technology licensed by start-up Radius Health. The Microemitter Array X-ray (MAX) technology promissed to enable a new class of x-ray sources for medical and industrial imaging. Technology start-up Radius Health and their research arm, Radius Diagnostics Research, Inc., are working to commercialize the MAX technology.
