Beam occupation of a large fraction of the available vacuum chamber typical of high energy proton storage ring designs, results in an enhancement of the resistive wall instability. The effect is considered for ISABELLE during the current stacking procedure. Results for the coasting stack in its initial phase as well as for the injected bunches are presented. (4 References).
